Purpose Membership and Terms of Reference

Purpose:           To establish a forum to obtain input and support for strategic policy and direction and as a forum to share information to achieve improved operational outcomes for the University and staff.

Membership:      School Managers

                         Faculty Managers

                         Library Managers

                         Heads of Section from Central Administration

Terms of Reference:

·       To advise the University Executive on administrative and professional matters of significance.

·       To assist the University Executive in achieving strategic initiatives and objectives.

·       Assist in the timely passage of information.

·       To assist the University Executive in identifying and resolving issues of strategic and/or operational importance and in determining priorities.
